Registration fees include printed course materials, course CD, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches, and parking. It also includes a reception on Monday following the recess of class. Please inform us ahead of any dietary restrictions.

Payment need not accompany your registration. However, arrangements for payment must be made before the start of the program.

Purchase Orders: Purchase Orders must include course name, registrant's name and a company contact name and phone number who isresponsible for paymr.

Credit Cards: The university can accept VISA and MasterCard no other credits cards please! Include the card number, the name of the card holder, the billing address and expiration date with registration information.

We will send confirmation and course information to the registrants by email. If you have not received confirmation within seven days of registering, please contact the Office of Engineering Professional Development to make sure we received your registration.

Confirmed registrations canceled within five business days of the start of the program are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Individuals failing to cancel in writing or attend are responsible for full tuition payment.

Refunds are not issued after the course has begun. Substitutions may be made anytime before the beginning of the course by informing the Office of Engineering Professional Development. If the course is canceled, enrollees will be advised and receive a full refund. The Office of Engineering Professional Development reserves the right to limit enrollments.
